The Starter package starts at $85 for a clearly scoped simple character sketch or basic logo concept, including minor refinements within the agreed brief. Larger deliverables are quoted under the appropriate package. See the Packages page for details.

The review stages depend on the project. For illustration and character design, concepts or intermediate previews can be included where agreed, helping confirm direction before final rendering.

A minor revision typically adjusts existing details—such as colour, expression or small layout elements—within the approved concept. A different concept, additional character or complete redesign is treated separately.

Revision support is scope-bound and countable where agreed. Professional currently includes 4 revision rounds; the Premium round limit is pending client approval and must be confirmed in writing before booking. New concepts or major redesigns require a separate agreement.

You can discuss requested changes at any stage. If the new direction materially changes the agreed work, we may need to revise the scope, cost and expected delivery schedule.

No universal delivery-day guarantee is displayed for our creative packages. Timing depends on complexity, the number of assets, feedback and revisions, and is discussed for each project.

Priority production means a project receives scheduling attention according to the selected package and current capacity. It does not imply a guaranteed completion date unless one is separately agreed in writing.

We can prepare formats suitable for the agreed destination, such as PNG, JPEG and PDF. Print specifications, dimensions, bleed and source formats should be included in your brief.

Editable files such as PSD or AI are provided when they are included in the package or separately agreed. Confirm source-file requirements before ordering because they may not be included in every tier.

The allowed uses depend on the licence agreed for your project. Describe all intended uses—including merchandise, print runs, advertising and digital platforms—before production.

Monthly plans are designed for recurring creative requirements. The services, capacity, priorities and review arrangement should be agreed for your chosen plan.
